RETURNS & SHIPPING
All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment if you can provide documentation within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please email that documentation to email@example.com.
Most orders are prepped for shipment within 2 - 3 business days. Once your order ships you will receive an email to the emaill address used on the order with a tracking number when your package ships.
It can take up to 5 days to receive tracking information from the carrier and we are not able to provide any additional information other than what the carrier provides.
